You may come by our office at 3125 Park Meadows Dr Unit B during business hours

All key check-outs, viewings, rental agreements, and move-ins are arranged in our office NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Transactions should never take place outside of our office.
Do not give cash or other funds to anyone outside of our office claiming to be a representative of CPMI.
Unless otherwise stated, all leases are 1-year.

** Rental rates are based on a one-year lease **

Please provide the following with every application:

  1. Each adult total household income must gross 2.5 the rent.     
  2. Copies of pay stubs for the most recent one-month period for each applicant.
  3. A current government issued PHOTO ID for each applicant over 18 years of age.
  4. $50 application fee 1 application per adult (18 and over)
  5. Not all units take pets, please call the office to make sure the unit you are interested in will except your pet. 
  6. If you are bringing a pet with you to the apartment, before move-in vet records for each pet stating they are up to date on their shots as well as verifying their weight and age will be required.
